中国中央电视台综合频道（频道呼号：CCTV-1 综合），简称央视一套、中央一，是中国中央电视台拥有的一条以普通话广播为主的综合节目频道，为中国中央电视台发展最早、影响力最大的频道。
在1973年以前，综合频道曾是中央电视台唯一的频道，亦是中国大陆第一条电视频道和世界上第一条全中文电视频道。中国中央电视台综合频道通过中星6A、中星6B、中星9号等卫星覆盖全国，是中央电视台传播最广的一个频道，在各个城市都通过专用频道来发射转化后的模拟信号，使本频道在各个城市及其大部分乡村地区一般只需要一个室内或室外天线就可以接收。目前，在各大卫星播出的标清版及高清版的中国中央电视台综合频道节目信号都已转为加密传输。
该频道在香港与澳门地区播放时，会播出央视综合频道港澳版，节目编排与内地版稍有不同。
