Introduction to TVBS歡樂台
TVBS欢乐台，1994年9月12日开播，原名“TVBS-G 黄金娱乐台”，台湾时间2009年6月1日零时起更名“TVBS欢乐台”，简称“欢乐台”。为TVBS四个家族频道中，第二个开播的频道。
专门播放音乐、流行、戏剧、娱乐、体育等精选内容，尤以播放母公司──香港无线电视（TVB）的港剧著名（SDw讯号为国语配音，HD讯号为国粤双语）。除外购节目也制作不少青春偶像剧。
最早TVBS节目部，在“八德大楼”内，2000年迁入“南港大楼”一楼，2009年同TVBS部门集中“内湖大楼”，目前位于“内湖大楼”四楼。
2014年2月27日起，TVBS欢乐台的HD高清版本开始播放。2014年9月29日起，同家族频道TVBS新闻台、TVBS一样，TVBS欢乐台的标清版本更改视频比例为16:9。[1]
2015年3月12日，“TVBS欢乐台HD”在大丰有线电视、台湾数位宽带有线电视上架。
