Introduction to TVBS
TVBS（也称无线卫星电视台或合称TVBS无线卫星电视台、公司名称为联意制作股份有限公司）是台湾本土第一个卫星电视台，于1993年9月 28日开播。由香港电视广播有限公司（简称“TVB”）及台湾的年代集团合资创立，现由香港TVB全资拥有。董事长为香港TVB行政主席陈国强，总经理杨鸣。
TVBS主要于台湾从事电视节目制作、电视频道传送及出版之业务，同时开展艺员经纪人业务，旗下艺员有贺军翔等。2003年，无线卫星电视台完成首套自制剧集《七年级生》。
