Introduction to 甘肃公共应急频道
公共频道自办节目始于1993年7月1日。1995年12月1日实现全省有线电视联网。随着全省广电干线网的开通，频道节目信号现已覆盖全省14个市（州）政府所在地和部分县、乡、镇。根据中央和国家广电总局关于市、县广电职能转变的要求，省级公共频道“以标准频道免费传输”，市、县“按规定时段时长在公共频道中插播自办节目”，因此，公共频道被称为“我们大家的频道”。 目前，频道内设综合管理部、总编室、新闻部、专题部、技术部、播控部、产业经营部、节目创优室，职工150多人，其中专业技术高、中级职称46人，初级职称70多人。 在甘肃广播电影电视总台（集团）的直接领导下，公共频道以“面向全省，服务公众”为宗旨，每天播出18个小时。《公共新闻网》、《直面》、《新新闻时间》、《天天一壶茶》、《陇原今朝》、《荧屏扫描》等自制类节目精彩纷呈。2000年以来，我台电视节目共获得全国和省级奖250多件，保持了获奖节目年年有增长、年年有国家级奖项，在甘肃新闻传媒市场上赢得了较大的影响力。
节目介绍
《公共新闻网》：贴近百姓，贴近生活，报道省内各地重大的、显著的、接近的、有趣的、突发的人或事。 《新新闻时间》：这档节目依据一种新的学术思潮，将新闻和娱乐结合在一起，侧重地方性，强调参与性。 《天天一壶茶》：一档电视读报栏目，旨在搜索全国平面媒体，传播有效信息。 《直面》：以独特的思维，用纪实的手法来报道发生在全省各地的有影响有价值的新闻事件，突出细节，强化镜头，以生动的语言和电影的效果来链接老百姓关注的新闻。
