ATV Televizyonu 14 Aralık 1991 tarihinde test yayınlarına başlamış, kuruluş çalışmalarını tamamlayarak, 1992 yılında resmi olarak, yayın hayatına başlamıştır.
Çeşitli dönemlerden geçerek, bugünkü sağlam yapısına kavuşan Alanya Televizyonu (ATV), günün son teknolojik gelişmelerini yakından takip ederek, yerel yayıncılıkta Türkiye'nin sayılı televizyonları arasında yer almayı başarmıştır.
Doğru, tarafsız ve ilkeli yayıncılık anlayışıyla, Alanya'ya ve internet üzerinden tüm dünyaya yayın yapan ATV Televizyonu, izleyicilerinin de büyük desteğiyle bugünkü noktaya ulaşmıştır.
Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığı görevini yürüten Servet SİPAHİOĞLU, televizyonun yeniden yapılanması ve daha sağlıklı yayın yapılabilmesi konusunda önemli adımlar atmış ve yapılan çalışmalar neticesinde, ATV Televizyonu'nu bugün Akdeniz Bölgesi'nde ve Alanya'da en çok sevilen ve izlenen kanal haline getirmiştir.
