Canal 6 "El Canal del Pueblo Hondureño", con las noticias mas importantes del Honduras y el Mundo, transmitiendo desde San Pedro Sula Honduras. COMPAÑÍA BROADCASTING CENTROAMERICANA S. A. DE C. V., inicia sus operaciones de forma oficial, cuando el 27 de junio de 1977, la Empresa Hondureña de telecomunicaciones, Hondutel, resolvió la autorización para instalar y operar una Estación de Radio Televisión en la ciudad de San Pedro Sula, Departamento de Cortes, identificada con la frecuencia de operaciones, CANAL 6. Desde su inicio sus instalaciones están ubicadas en la quinta calle, veinte y seis y veinte siete sur oeste, Barrio de Piedras, San Pedro Sula. Teniendo su sistema de radiador en el cerro de EL Merendón.
