是于1990年起为美国华人提供中文电视广播服务的电视台，于纽约市、长岛部分地区、宾夕法尼亚州东北部、纽约上州、康乃狄克州南部及新泽西州北部，以国语提供新闻及娱乐节目。
美国中文电视广播于WMBC-TV，从新泽西州牛顿市广播及能于大部分区域性有线电视接收。每天节目开始于晚上十一时，进行半小时的新闻广播。从十一时三十分开始，至午夜所有节目终结，会播放一些娱乐节目，如假期特备节目，电影及音乐颁奖典礼，纪录片及戏剧。
网络红人罗玉凤凤姐在美国中文电视应征中通过面试，凤姐得到的评价甚高， 并通过了初试，但其电视台自发此新闻，有很重的炒作嫌疑。
