曲靖新闻综合频道是曲靖市广播电视台旗舰主频道（一套），也是曲靖开播最早、权威性最高、全域覆盖最广的市级主流电视频道。1990 年正式获批建台开播，最初仅单频道播出；后续逐步完善频道体系，2019 年曲靖广播电视台正式组建整合，频道完成高标清同步播出升级，现为全市舆论宣传核心阵地，与清廉曲靖频道（原公共频道）、科教频道共同构成三大电视播出矩阵。
频道立足云南第二大城市曲靖地域特色，紧扣滇东高原城市发展定位，承担市委市政府政务发布、政策解读、市域经济建设记录、民生监督服务、爨文化非遗传承、文旅推广等综合职能。有线数字电视、地面无线数字信号完整覆盖曲靖麒麟、沾益、马龙三区及宣威、富源、罗平、师宗、陆良、会泽 7 县市，覆盖人口超 600 万；节目同步接入掌上曲靖 APP融媒体平台，支持电视直播、新闻回看、点播互动，构建大屏 + 移动端全媒体传播网络，节目创优水准常年稳居云南省州市台前列。
