Sicilia TV è una rete televisiva locale siciliana a carattere comunitario.
Viene fondata a Favara (Agrigento) da Libertino Sorce il 18 febbraio 1988 e nasce con il nome di TVS ERAL. Qualche tempo dopo assume il nome di TVS FAVARA (nome omonimo alla società cooperativa che diviene proprietaria dell'emittente). È solo successivamente che prende l'attuale nome "SICILIA TV".
Oggi diffonde i propri programmi sul canale 287 del digitale terrestre nelle province di Agrigento e Caltanissetta, trasmettendo dall'UHF 59.
Sicilia TV appartiene al gruppo editoriale di Tele Video Sicilia Favara, al quale appartengono pure altre due emittenti televisive digitali attualmente attive. Sono l'emittente televisiva comunitaria tematica "ParolediVita" che trasmette sul canale 679 del digitale terrestre e l'emittente televisiva a carattere comunitario "Sicilia Tv 2" visibile su Lcn 880.
