2010年8月，我市根据河北省机构编制委员会《关于邯郸市文化体制改革有关机构编制事宜的批复》下发邯字〔2010〕27号文件，合并原邯郸人民广播电台、邯郸电视台、邯郸有线广播电视台等单位，组建邯郸广播电视台，为市委管理的正县级事业单位。肩负着全市广播电视新闻宣传、广播电视事业和产业发展等重要任务。广播电视台下设办公室、总编室、财务管理部、人力资源部、广告管理部、安全保卫部等6个管理机构；设广播中心、电视中心、新闻中心、技术中心4个业务机构；下属邯郸广播电视报社、音像公司、服务公司、影视制作中心、邯郸第一电影公司、邯郸市电影公司、青年影院、邯郸影院、大时代影院9家单位；同时，我台作为股东，行使投资入股河北广电信息网络集团股份有限公司出资人的权利。
目前，全台共有编制518人，实际正式在职人员627人，其中全额事业身份181人、差额事业身份265人、自收自支事业身份200人。此外，我台有离退休人员165人，台聘人员222人。
