韩城广播电视台成立于1998年，辖韩城人民广播电台、韩城电视台、韩城新闻网，简称“两台一网”。1999年荣登全国广播电视先进县（市），2013年，成功入选首届“银河杯”全国市县电视台20强。是对内对外宣传韩城的主流媒体。
韩城人民广播电台自办节（栏）目以直播为主，实行不间断滚动播出；韩城电视台设新闻综合（一套）、生活信息（二套）、影视娱乐（三套）三个频道，实现24小时全天候播出。韩城新闻网除刊发广播电视台视频节目、新闻资讯外，还通过自采和开通官方微博、公众微信平台等形式，开展卓有成效的宣传引导。
韩城广播电视台恪守“新闻立台、节目活台、人才强台”的办台宗旨，坚持内宣树品牌，外宣争一流，紧紧围绕全市工作中心和工作大局，牢牢把握宣传导向，着力提升引导舆论的能力和水平，激浊扬清，传递正能，为韩城的发展提供坚强有力的舆论支持。广播电视年均在上级台发稿700条以上，先后有200余件作品获国家、省、市广播电视奖。其中，电视纪录片《脉》、《荡楼人》等在央视频道和湖南卫视播出。
连续举办了五届“秦腔大赛”、三届“歌手大赛”、“韩城春晚”、首届花椒节开幕式晚会、首届“感动韩城 最美韩城人”颁奖典礼，赢得良好的社会效益。
硬件和人才队伍建设异步同曲，并肩推进。按照“服务全方位，报道创一流，引导重实效”的宣传要求，在加快装备技术更新、升级，采编播实现标清数字化的同时，通过“送出去、请进来”、重金吸引等多措并举，培养和广纳优秀人才，建立起以高级职称为引领、以中级职称为骨干的专业人才队伍。
