防城港电视台新闻综合频道，隶属于广西防城港广播电视台。
防城港市有线电视台1992年11月6日，自治区广播电视厅关于防城港区(1993年称“防城港市”) 筹建有线电视台的意见呈报广播电影电视部: 防城港区是1984年国务院列为进一步开发的沿海港口，是我国大西南出海的主要通道；港区拥有电视机约4000台，已安装有线电视近4000户，筹建有线电视台的人员编制、经费、地点均已落实，具备建立有线电视台条件。同年12月26日，广播电影电视部地方管理司批复，同意防城港区(市)筹建有线电视台，呼号为“防城港区有线电视台”。1993年1月8日，防城港区有线电视台第一次播出。1996年，防城港市有线电视台已建成传输线路10公里，终端用户5000户，播出15套节目，其中转播中央电视台1－8套和广西电视台等14套节目，全天24小时播出；自办1套节目，平均每周播出时间168小时，其中转播广西电视台等省级台节目137小时， 占81.55%，自办节目31小时，占18.45%。自办节目时间中，新闻节目3小时，占9.68%，其他节目28小时，占90.32%。自办节目有《新闻》、《点歌台》、《经济信息》。台内设新闻部、技术部、经济部、广告部、节目部、播出部、总编室。全台编制18人，其中技术人员12人。 台址:防城港市政府大楼。
