株式会社テレビ朝日（テレビあさひ、英: TV Asahi Corporation）は、テレビ朝日ホールディングスの連結子会社であり、関東広域圏を放送対象地域としてテレビジョン放送事業を行う特定地上基幹放送事業者[注釈 1]。東京都港区六本木のテレビ朝日本社ビル（六本木ヒルズ）に本社を置く。
愛称はテレ朝（てれあさ）、略称はEX。リモコンキーIDは「5」。オールニッポン・ニュース・ネットワーク（ANN）のキー局。スカパー!をプラットフォームとしてテレ朝チャンネルの2つのチャンネルの放送を行う衛星一般放送事業者でもある。
2014年4月1日、株式会社テレビ朝日（旧会社）は「株式会社テレビ朝日ホールディングス」へ商号変更、同時に地上波テレビジョン放送免許を含む現業全てを2013年10月15日に設立した完全子会社「テレビ朝日分割準備株式会社」に承継し「株式会社テレビ朝日（現行会社）」に商号変更、放送持株会社体制に移行した。2014年3月31日までの旧会社と、2014年4月1日以降の現行会社についてもここで述べる。
