Introduction to ARB Ulduz
ARB Ulduz — 2001-ci ildə "Alternativ TV" adıyla Gəncə şəhərində yayıma başlayan televiziya kanalı.
"Alternativ-Tele-Radio" MMC 5 yanvar 2001-ci il tarixdə Gəncədə təsis edilmişdir. Alternativ TV 15 mart 2001-ci il tarixdən ilk dəfə efirə çıxmışdır. 18 aprel 2001-ci il tarixdən 6 saatlıq efir rejiminə keçmişdir. 1 iyul 2002-ci il tarixdən etibarən efir vaxtı 14 saatadək artırılmışdır. Məqsəd Gəncə şəhəri və ətraf rayonların tamaşaçılarına cizgi, bədii və sənədli filmlər, musiqi və yerli xəbərləri əks etdirən "Xəbər+" informasiya proqramı və digər verilişləri nümayiş etdirməkdir. "Alternativ-Tele-Radio" MMC-nin təsisçisi Tarquliyev Hikmət Cəfər oğludur. Ümumi efir vaxtının 39 faizini ölkədə istehsal olunan proqramlar, 46 faizini xaricdə istehsal olunan proqramlar, 15 faizini şəxsi istehsal proqramları təşkil edirdi. Daha sonra isə formatı dəyişdirilmiş və efir 24 saatlıq efir rejiminə keçmişdir. 2013-cü ildə formatı dəyişdirildikdən sonra Azərbaycanın ilk musiqi telekanalı olmuşdur. 2014-cü ilin mart ayından may ayına kimi ARB-nin test yayımı vasitəsilə Azerspace-1 peykində, KATV1, Ailə TV, ATV Plus kabel televiziyalarında yayımlanmışdı. 2015-ci ilin mart ayında loqosunu dəyişdirmiş və 16:9 formatlı yayıma keçmişdir. 18 mart 2015-ci il tarixindən etibarən isə Azerspace-1 peyki vasitəsilə yayımlanır.
19 sentyabr 2016-cı il tarixində "Alternativ TV" olan telekanalın adı dəyişdirələrək "ARB Ulduz" olmuşdur.
