歙县广播电视局是主管全县广播电视行政工作的政府直属机构。辖歙县广电台、广电服务中心及28个乡镇广电站。歙县广电局属正科级单位，广电台、服务中心、广电站均属股级建制。局机关编制12人，两台事业编28人，乡镇事业编53人。全系统共有在编在岗正式职工94人，其中局机关12人，广电台27人，服务中心4人，乡镇广电站51人。
局机关内设办公室、社会事业股、社会管理股（执法队）等股室。负责对全县广播电视宣传、事业建设及行业执法等方面的指导、服务、管理等职责。
歙县广播电视台是由原歙县人民广播电台和歙县电视台合并而成的。广电台内设新闻中心，下设新闻部、栏目部、技术播出部和广告部。负责做好本地广播电视新闻、广告、专题、文艺及知识性服务性节目。
