平泉县广播电视局是县政府直属事业机构，负责全县广播电视新闻宣传工作。我局现有干部职工52人，其中：在岗职工49人、离岗3人，在岗人员当中有招聘人员7人。全局共设9个科室，即办公室、事业股、新闻中心、节目中心、广告文艺中心、技术播出中心、总编室、平泉人民广播电台和电影管理股。二、服务宗旨和业务范围：一是贯彻落实广播电视宣传的方针政策，把握正确的舆论导向，提高广播电视节目质量；二是组织贯彻实施国家、省、市有关广播电视事业的法律和方针政策，拟定全县广播电视事业发展规划并组织实施；三是监督管理广播电视节目、卫星电视节目收录和通过信息网络向公众传播的视听节目；四是研究和推进全县广播电视系统内的管理体制改革；负责广播电视系统队伍建设；五是做好对外开放、招商引资、项目改进工作；六是完成县委、县政府交办的其它工作。
