睛彩中原频道是我省有线电视网和无线电视网双网传输的地面频道，同时也是通过大象网，大象TV手机客户端，PPTV等互联网传输的新媒体频道。
频道在大象融媒体集团的领导下，围绕中心，服务大局，积极贯彻落实省委省政府宣传方针，为中原崛起营造良好的舆论氛围与社会环境。
频道宗旨：围绕中心，服务大局，坚持社会效益与经济效益并重的原则，在宣传工作中把社会效益放在首位，弘扬主旋律，传递正能量，运用互联网思维，讲好河南故事。发挥主流媒体宣传舆论的主阵地作用。

内容规划及节目编排：频道以综艺节目为主，为观众奉献最受欢迎的网络原创作品。爆笑，爆料，惊喜不断，给观众带来动感、轻松、愉悦的视觉体验。《综艺在线》每晚19：40~20:00播出。从周一到周日分别推出《优酷全明星》、《畅游天下》、《微博江湖》、《原创精选》等七档与多家门户网站联合制作的综艺类节目。《微剧场》是频道联手微电影网站倾力打造的一档微电影剧场，播出的节目包括国内外最顶级团队制作的微电影及频道团队拍摄制作的自制剧与微电影。除了与视频网站联合制作外，还于2014年底相继在晚间黄金时段推出一档综合信息服务资讯类的日播栏目《中原精彩报道》，又推出一档以中外对抗形式呈现，国内首家引进麻绳战的搏击类周播栏目《我是全民英雄》。
频道以剧为主线贯穿全天时间空间。巨资购置热播剧、首轮剧。上午8:00~12:00《生活剧场》; 下午13:00~18:20《下午茶剧场》;晚上20:00~23:00《我爱e剧场》;自开播以来《我爱e剧场》相继播出了首轮剧《老农民》、《大刀记》、《东江英雄刘黑仔》、《少林寺藏经阁》等11部热播大剧。
