莒南综合频道是莒南县融媒体中心（莒南县广播电视台）旗下的官方核心电视栏目。其所属的莒南县融媒体中心于2019年12月正式揭牌成立，该中心由县广播电视台等机构整合而来，此频道也随之依托融媒体体系开展播出运营工作。
该频道以正面舆论宣传为核心，聚焦莒南县委县政府中心工作，播报县域时政要闻、民生焦点等内容，还会播出各类专题与服务类节目，例如曾联合县妇幼保健院推出健康科普栏目《妇幼健康之家》，也会播出《平安临沂》等外宣联动栏目。在播出安排上，该频道有着固定的时段规划，曾有节目采用每日19点35分首播，后续多时段重播的模式，部分栏目也有专属固定播出时段，以此保障受众收视需求。同时它依托融媒体“一次采集、多种生成、全媒传播”的格局，成为莒南传递权威信息、服务群众生活、展现县域发展的重要宣传阵地。
