双鸭山新闻综合频道是黑龙江省双鸭山市融媒体中心（原双鸭山广播电视台）唯一保留播出的市级主力电视频道，也是双鸭山开播最早、权威性最强、全域覆盖最广的官方电视主阵地，频道缩写 SYSRTV-1。
早年双鸭山广播电视台开办新闻综合、公共频道两套电视节目；伴随县级融媒体深化改革，公共频道逐步关停整合，所有电视采编、播出资源统一归集至新闻综合频道运营；2022 年正式全面升级高清播出，实现 16:9 高清制播，2025 年完成央视新闻联播高清信源全线检修优化，彻底打通全高清播出链路，播出画质全面达标省级规范。2026 年初全市媒体深度整合，报社、广电、新媒体机构合并组建全新双鸭山市融媒体中心，频道作为电视端核心平台统筹运营。
频道坐落于黑龙江省东北部边境城市，毗邻乌苏里江与俄罗斯边境，立足煤城转型、北大荒农耕文化、边疆冰雪文旅、少数民族风情地域特色，承担市委市政府时政宣传、煤炭产业转型记录、边疆民生保障督办、北大荒乡土文脉传承、边境文旅推广、垦区民族团结宣教综合职能，兼顾城区市民、矿区职工、县域乡村各族群众收视需求。
