安徽家家购物股份有限公司是由安徽电视台全资设立的电视购物机构，成立于2007年10月15日，注册资本5000万人民币。主要运营平台包括安徽电视台科教频道、全国牌照的家家购物数字频道。安徽家家购物股份有限公司所经营的家家购物频道是国家广电总局批准的中国第一个全国性、综合性电视购物频道。家家购物数字频道2004年11月28日在北京正式开播，开办了四档栏目，频道目前每天播出17小时，节目信号经鼎视平台集成后通过亚太六号卫星覆盖全国，现正在部分城市有线网络有序推进落地，其中包括：北京，天津，安徽，山西，陕西，内蒙古等省市。
作为重点覆盖目标城市——北京、天津目前有效落地户数已经达到200万户，2008年预计达到280万户以上。到2008年底，预计全国有效用户将达到800万户以上。家家购物模拟频道栏目于2007年12月8日起以录播的方式在安徽科教频道播出，随后在12月18日正式开始播出，起步每天20点至24点4小时播出，次日中午12点至2点重播，以后逐步扩大播出时间。
