Introduction to 广东珠江频道
广东电视台珠江频道是广东广播电视台旗下的一个粤语电视频道，于1983年9月开播，为广东广播电视台第二套节目。
因开播时使用14号频道发射信号，故时称“十四频道”。1988年2月改呼号为“广东电视珠江台”，后又改用“广东电视台珠江频道”的呼号，而民间仍习惯称其为“珠江台”。 2004年，珠江频道海外版开播。
珠江频道除使用卫星外，仍保留使用越秀山电视塔对广东省及香港、澳门及广西自治区东部进行地面信号发射。
据央视－索福瑞统计数据显示：2006年2月、12月，珠江频道以在广东城乡地区全天平均市场份额达27.3%。
在2007年首届“TV地标”评选中，珠江频道获得“全国最具实力省级地面频道十强”第二名。
2016年12月， V地标（2016）中国电视媒体综合实力大型调研榜单中被评为年度最具综合实力省级地面频道。
