内蒙古卫视，全称内蒙古电视台汉语卫视频道， 是内蒙古电视台旗下的卫星电视频道，开播于1960年4月，1997年1月1日上星。
1979年5月1日，内蒙古卫视开始采用PAL-D制式播出彩色电视节目。1987年7月，内蒙古彩电中心落成。5000多公里的微波电路传输干支线全线开通。
1997年，内蒙古卫视的节目形成了以卫星与微波、无线与有线多种传输方式，覆盖内蒙古自治区、全国以及亚太53个国家与地区。
