中央新影新科动漫频道（频道呼号：中央新影-新科动漫，简称：新科动漫频道）是中央广播电视总台体系下唯一以全动漫内容呈现的专业电视媒体，它是具有全年龄段、全动漫、全景化展示科教文内涵的科技时尚资讯平台。于2008年11月26日上午11时正式开播。
中央新影新科动漫频道目标受众定位为普通城市青年，尤其是80后、90后的动漫发烧群体，力争做到受众群众覆盖多个年龄阶层。中央电视台新科动漫频道策划并定期举办中国国际动画电影节、国际动漫数码音乐节、中国动漫创意大赛等项目。
新科动漫频道是由中视新科动漫股份有限公司全权运营，中视新科动漫股份有限公司是国有企业，全面运营与频道相关的内容制作、传播落地、宣传推广、产品营销及市场拓展等基本业务，是以动漫为主体内容面向全社会传播的官方权威平台。
频道自运营以来，已在国内310个城市及地区成功落地播出，覆盖7500万家庭。频道节目同时搭载航空、火车等公共场所传媒进行广泛传播。部分节目搭载ICN美国国际卫视实现全美无线覆盖传播。网络播出方面: 2014年7月21日频道节目正式.上线CNTV实现全程网络播出;同时部分品牌节目在搜狐、腾讯、优酷等网站热播。作为拥有全新技术手段和多终端的媒体实体，中视新科动漫股份有限公司将电视与互联网媒体、移动媒体、平面媒体紧密结合，具备立体化传播的综合影响力，大幅度开发网络和手机自媒体新业务，同时结合地面渠道，建构创新品牌多媒体立体运营平台 。
