金坛综合频道隶属于常州市金坛区融媒体中心（原金坛市广播电视台），是金坛全域唯一官方主力电视频道、区域权威时政与民生传播主阵地。频道历经多年运营迭代，原有多个影视、生活类附属频道陆续整合关停；2024 年 6 月 30 日正式升级高清综合频道开播，全面迈入 16:9 高清制播时代，实行高标清同步播出，有线机顶盒 1 频道固定收看，全天播出时长 16 小时。2025 年又接入移动互联网电视平台，进一步拓宽全域收视渠道。
频道扎根苏南茅山腹地、长荡湖之畔，依托华罗庚故里、三星村史前文明、茅山道教文化、长荡湖水乡地域底蕴，承担区委区政府时政宣传、城乡建设记录、民生诉求督办、非遗文脉传承、生态文旅推广等职能。有线数字电视、地面无线信号全覆盖金坛所有镇、街道；节目依托官方平台看金坛 APP、金坛融媒新媒体账号打通大屏小屏联动，支持直播收看、新闻回看、政务互动，构建全媒体传播体系。
