海晏县广播电视台（现整合为海晏县融媒体中心）始建于 1956 年，2018 年 3 月 7 日正式登记为事业单位，其前身为海晏县广播电视站，坐落于青海省海晏县三角城镇湟水大街 2 号，始终坚守正确的政治方向与舆论导向，核心职责包括宣传党的创新理论、路线方针政策及国家法律法规，及时传播国际国内各类有价值信息，围绕县委县政府中心工作，聚焦全县政治、经济、文化、社会、生态等领域重大新闻事件与公益资讯开展宣传报道，同时密切联系群众、倾听群众呼声、实施舆论监测，承担县域融媒体综合服务平台、公共信息发布平台的建设运行维护及网上政务服务、生活服务等工作，通过与各级广电媒体的合作交流，不断加强公共文化服务能力建设，以高质量、有温度的广播电视节目丰富群众精神文化生活，近年来更借助 VR 全景、5G 智慧广播等新技术，创作出诸多精品力作，持续提升新闻舆论的传播力、引导力、影响力与公信力。
