高昌区电视台（现隶属于吐鲁番市高昌区融媒体中心）前身为高昌区新闻宣传中心，于 2016 年 2 月 2 日正式成立，同年 2 月 7 日启动试播并于 3 月 1 日延长播出时长至每天 12 小时，注册地址位于吐鲁番市高昌区丝绸路，是一家覆盖广泛、数字化运营的区域主流媒体。电视台设有总编室、新闻部、专题部等多个部门，开办汉语、维语两个频道，通过机顶盒、数字电视、户户通等多渠道覆盖 16 万户用户，每日 12:00 至 00:00 持续播出，节目涵盖新闻、法制、双语普及、电视剧、电影及晚会等多种类型，还打造了《高昌区新闻》等本土特色栏目。作为党的喉舌，电视台始终坚持正确舆论导向，聚焦高昌区政治、经济、文化、社会发展，传达政策信息、展示地方风貌、反映群众呼声，同时整合广播、电视、微信公众号等媒体资源形成融媒传播格局，为区域发展传递正能量、提供舆论支撑。
