厦视三套生活频道是以文化娱乐、体育赛事、卫生健康和流行时尚等生活节目为主的专业频道。本频道自制栏目《商务直通车》搜罗流行时尚的文化动态、商业情报及生活资讯，引导民众消费；《特区房地产》是我市大型房地产专业栏目；《车前线》为您打造一个全新动感的汽车资讯栏目；《快乐点播》为您带来听觉和视觉的音乐享受，《美满人家》为您及时提供最新人口教育、生活环境焦点报道，展示时尚健康生活方式和健康概念，与您相约专家学者讨论话题，演绎生活故事，品味人生哲理。《健康生活》为百姓寻医问药开辟窗口，《健康新天地》20分钟的健康专题，普及各种健康运动及养生保健美容的知识，为您打造高品质的生活空间。《国防时空》进行国防教育、展示我军风采、介绍军事常识、反映军人心声。2007年，频道针对年轻收视群体特别开设的《909年轻态度》也是由厦门音乐广播策划班底进行全权打造、包装制作的新动态式、娱乐类型的音乐栏目。此外，集团还引进外采节目《新财富周刊》、《股市行情》等，节目内容丰富，收视人群固定。
