龙胜有线广播电视台1995年4月13日， 广播电影电视部社会管理司批复广西壮族自治区广播电视厅，同意龙胜各族自治县筹建有线广播电视台，呼号为“龙胜有线广播电视台”，该台必须完整转播中央电视台、广西电视台、中央人民广播电台、广西人民广播电台节目和国家教委办的教学电视节目，试播期间呼号为“龙胜有线广播电视台（筹）”。
该台在龙胜有线电视站的基础上开始试播。 1996年，龙胜有线广播电视台终端用户3000户，自办1套节目，平均每周播出时间255小时，其中转播中央台节目130小时、广西台节目120小时(合共转播节目250小时)，占98.04%；自办节目小时，占1.96%。自办节目时间中，新闻节目1小时，占20%；其他节目4小时，占80%。全年制作节目260小时。 台址:龙胜各族自治县龙胜镇东园路4号。
