印江土家族苗族自治县广播电视台是印江县财政全额补助的事业单位，主要负责宣传党的理论政策、报道县委县政府重大决策部署及经济社会发展成果。该台通过有线电视公共频道插播节目，播出内容涵盖本地新闻、经济类、科技类、法制类、农业类专题栏目及地方特色文艺节目，同时运营《印江报》、印江电视台、印江网等多平台媒体。2015年核定在职职工50人，其中专业技术人员占比达88%。
该台自1992年开播自办电视节目，历经模拟信号传输、数字化程控阶段。近年来完成县融媒体中心整体搬迁及设备升级改造，并于2021年1月1日实现电视节目高清化播出，具备多平台内容制作与发布能力。其发展历程从模拟摄像、线性编辑到高清摄像、高清编辑、高清播出的提升阶段，标志着印江广播电视事业的显著进步。
