西安移动电视频道（隶属陕西广电融媒体集团，呼号“陕西广电移动电视频道”）是国家广电总局批准设立的陕西唯一省级移动电视频道，2007年正式开播运营，其发展脉络深度契合城市移动传播与媒体融合的时代需求，成为覆盖西安公共出行场景、服务民生需求、传播本土文化的核心户外传播平台。
